1. Ester Cured Phenolic Resole Resin for No-Bake (ALPHASET)

This is a two-part No-Bake system in which 1st part comprises alkaline phenolic liquid resole resin as Binder and 2nd part is single or mixture of esters as Hardener. The system is ideally suitable for Steel, Iron & aluminium metal castings. It is Nitrogen-free and very suitable for castings. It exhibits excellent high temperature properties (superior thermal shock characteristics) resulting in a substantial reduction in casting defects like veining, stabbing, inclusions, hot tear, etc. The castings made with this Binder system have excellent surface finish.

Nomenclature

Brand names of our Binder is FORTISET Alpha 2050, Hardeners are available at different codes like FORTISET H S01-03, M04-06, F07-10 etc. Usually the increase in number is associated with increase in bench life and decrease in the speed of cure of mixed sand.

2. Acid cured Phenolic Resole no bake system

This is two part No-bake system. In which 1st part consist aqueous resole resin and 2nd part is acid-based Catalyst. The system when mixed with sand and make a mix, which cures at room temperature to make moulds and cores.

• System is free from Nitrogen, Sulphur and phosphorous.
• No fumes during operation
• Environment Friendly
• Good hot strength
• Gives smooth surface finish & free from usual defects
• Binder is very soluble in water
• Low VOC during metal pouring, Good collapsibility

3. Shell molding Resin

It is two-part heat cured foundry binder in which 1st part contains novolac resin dissolved in suitable solvents as binder and 2nd part contains powdered hexamine blended with suitable lubricants as catalyst for coating of foundry sands to make RCS.

1. Fortifuel :

It’s a petroleum-based hydrocarbon oil blended with Fuel oil additive and surfactant to achieve complete combustion and higher heating value. And can be used as an alternate of Furnace Oil.

2. Fortilight

It’s a petroleum-based hydrocarbon oil blended with Fuel oil additive and surfactant to achieve complete combustion and higher heating value. And can be used as a direct substitute of LDO for heating application.

• Density @ 15oC (G/ML): 0.85 – 0.92
• Viscosity @ 50oC (CPS): 5 – 15 Cps

3. Industrial Oil

It is a Petroleum based oil fortified with surfactants and additives. And can be used as an Alternate Fuel for heating application in Boiler, Reheating Furnace & Mining equipment etc.
